New features

Index can be repaired with a report /DVD/OFF_INDEX_REPAIR, which will find and fix any inconsistencies.

Improvements

Writer can now work without the index, which will save additional space.

Additional locking of InfoProvider was added during the offload delete and reload copy phases to prevent data loads or other changes at the same time.

Bug fixes

Subrequests were not split proportionally if the field chosen for the split contained a lot of identical (empty) values.

Report for the creation of indexes could fail for large tables.

It was not possible to create a DataProvider again if it had been deleted before and the offloading variants were not properly cleaned up.
