(SP19) Nearline Storage Menu

To make OutBoard even more "intuitive", a special Nearline Storage Menu has been developed. This menu serves also as a substitute for SE38 transaction code for running special OutBoard accelerators.

_Menu

The user can access this menu by entering the transaction /DVD/NLS_MENU or in OutBoard cockpit Run → Expert Tools. Tasks in the menu are divided into 5 main groups:
♦ Archive Maintenance
♦ HANA
♦ Mass archiving
♦ NLS Management
♦ NLS Lookup Tool Menu
♦ NLS Writer Analyser
These areas contain well-known reports for OutBoard users centrally with documentation for every task.

DVD Button

Datavard button is a special button implemented in toolbar of all Datavard products. It serves as information center for our products as well as navigation menu between Datavard products.

Supported products:
	OutBoard for Analytics – Datavard Nearline Storage solution
	OutBoard for Housekeeping – Datavard housekeeping solution
	Canary Code – Datavard Real-time monitoring tool
	Heatmap - Datavard product for analyzing different areas of SAP BW systems with main focus on data usage, query performance, loads and lookups.
	Kate - Datavard tool for testing automatization

About – In this part the user can find general information about the specific product, such as current version, release date and info if the installed version is up to date.
