/DVD/GLUE



To launch the Glue Cockpit, use the transaction code /DVD/GLUE. Glue Cockpit provides overall information about the usage of Glue and provides navigation to all Glue modules and features. 

Overview figures

  • Jobs Overview (last 24 hours)

    • Running requests - Glue requests with the status “Running”

    • Failed requests - Glue requests that have failed due to an error - status “Failed”

    • Finished requests - Glue requests that were successfully finished without any error - status “Ended Successfully”

    • Scheduled requests - Glue requests that have been postponed due to lack of SAP system resources or requests that have been scheduled to some date/time in the future.

  • Design

    • Glue Tables - count of Glue tables (active or saved state)

    • Extractors - count of Extractor 1.0 extractors + total count of Extractor 2.0 Extraction processes (active or saved state)

    • Glue Queues - count of Glue tables (active state)
  • Automate

    • Stream - count of watched objects by Trigger Delta Watchdog with check period 1 second (stream)

    • Batch - count of watched objects by Trigger Delta Watchdog with check period > 1 second + scheduled GLUE requests with load type other than “Full load”

    • Structure Watchdog - status (running or stopped)
    • Cleanup Watchdog - status (running or stopped)

Clicking on the yellow arrows next to each category the user can display the list of requests belonging to the category.

  • Glue settings - Extractor 2.0, File storage settings etc.

  • Trigger management
