(Glue-2111) Glue Authorizations

Glue Authorizations are following the standard SAP authorization concept. Using these authorizations, we organize access to different Glue features.

You can use any combination of these authorization objects. Each authorization can be turned off in table /DVD/GL_AUTH_OBJ. For the table maintenance use the transaction /DVD/RL_TM.
