(DI-2105) Set up Users and Authorizations

• Datavard Insights administrator user is created on the central monitoring system. The authorization role /DVD/MON_ADMIN (delivered in transport) should be assigned to the user after installation.

• Datavard Insights viewer user (optional) is created on the central monitoring system. The authorization role /DVD/MON_VIEWER (delivered in transport) should be assigned to the user after installation.

• Datavard Insights Fiori user (optional) is created on the central monitoring system. The authorization role /DVD/MON_FIORI (delivered in transport) should be assigned to the user after installation.

• RFC connections (ABAP R/3 connections) from Datavard Insights central monitoring system to each Datavard Insights satellite system. In the case of self-monitoring, the transaction NONE should be used.

• System user for RFC connection is created on all Datavard Insights satellite systems. The authorization role /DVD/MON_SATELLITE (delivered in transport) should be assigned to the user.

• System user for background jobs is created on the central monitoring system. The authorization role /DVD/MON_ADMIN (delivered in transport) should be assigned to the user after installation.
