New Features

Application log management

Outboard for ERP service creates detailed application logs for every single access for better troubleshooting. This is not always desired as it can occupy a lot of space in the primary database. Using Logging exclude rules you are able to disable application logs for desired source id or specific commands.

Update of authorization roles

Standard delivered roles /DVD/CRP_ADMIN and /DVD/CRP_SERVICE were updated with additional authorizations to support also migration scenarios. 

Troubleshooting utilities

Download logs in DVD button

In order to analyze the issue, we need to check multiple technical information like application logs, Java logs, and so on. This feature will help to get this information in one click especially when there is limited access to the SAP system.

ICM parameters health check report

In order to ensure Outboard for ERP service reliability, there are certain system parameters that need to have recommended values. A health check report can show potential issues with the setup of ICM parameters.

Issue with initial parallel write

Insertion to specific source id could fail when it is executed in parallel for the first time.
