Design studio testing tests web-based reporting analyses (i.e. last level of reporting) created using SAP Business Objects Design Studio software. Each analysis is executed using a web browser and after successful execution data are downloaded into the system for comparison.

Restrictions

Datavard Validate frontend testing does not support the execution of reports with user-defined initial filters. It is currently not possible to fill these kinds of filters.  User should choose for testing only reports which can be fully displayed without any need of manual input. In exceptional situation, user can set time to delay execution and set input manually (see Front End Settings).
