(GLUE-1812) Create custom BO prototype from report / transaction

It is possible to create custom Business Object, that is based on tables used in any report or transaction. To access this functionality, user has to click on the button on "Create Business Object" screen.

 

This button leads to wizard with select-options, where user is prompted to enter name of reports or transactions, that should be checked. 

After entering required entries and proceeding, tree with programs is shown. When expanding tree, it shows you more details about the report, including tables used in the report.

Clicking on "Collect tables" brings up the popup with table selection. Selected tables will be included in custom Business Object.

Confirming selection brings another popup, where user specifies name of the custom Business Object prototype and its description. Default option for Business Process is ZCUSTOM and its recommended to not change it.

When user confirms custom BO creation, success message is shown. Then, when going back to the tree, new custom Business Object can be found. It is now possible to create new instances of custom BO.
