Initial Runs

When OutBoard for Housekeeping is freshly installed, it is common for the systems contain large volumes of data that is suitable to be removed (cleaned). We highly recommend creating housekeeping settings that will split the data into smaller parts of data, so that not everything will be cleansed at once as this may cause the problems on database level.

Landscape Recommendations

The landscape is the primary structure, which determines the way an inheritance will be implemented.
There is a root node on the topmost level of the landscape – it is parent of all groups and systems. The rest of the tree can be built (see Landscape Editor section) with taking and account next simple rules:
