Import the transport request to the affected system.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION
While archiving a InfoProvider a request fails during the copy phase, NLS metadata can turn inconsistent.
ERROR DESCRIPTION
Invalidation of an archiving request after this situation isn't possible.
SOLUTION
Database commit of NLS metadata is executed before a potential error in the copy phase and thus ensures consistency of NLS metadata.
