After a system copy, the nodes of the origin a source system have still appeared in the appeared on a target system. 

Reason and prerequisites

This is a standard behavior during a system copy

Solution

Generally, it is not recommended to delete tiers or nodes.

If, however, the nodes have to be deleted, it can be done via SE16 in the table /DVD/APPD_NODE.

Select the node, click on Table Entry and Delete.

Even If the system copy will be is done again, the same steps should be repeated.
