Bugfix is compatible also with version SP22.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Query execution is running too long due to master data replication is executed each time when query is executed. Master data replication creates lock and all other queries that want to use MD needs to wait. Issue is in check when functionality is checking whether it is necessary to execute MD replication. Time of last update is converted to different time zone and therefore MD replication is executed each time.
